Total development costs include land acquisition, all soft and hard costs, a vineyard, and a $500K operating reserve for initial launch.
The project leverages support from Portugal2030 (EU fund), including a $3M loan (40% forgivable) and $500K–$1M in grants. The capital stack is completed with presales, a ~$1.5M construction loan, and $1.5M in equity.
