Senda is an $8.5M (USD) condotel development comprising 20 luxury residences for sale. Senda Corporation retains ownership of all remaining assets and oversees ongoing operations. Total development costs include land acquisition, all soft and hard costs, a vineyard, and a $500K operating reserve for initial launch.

The project leverages support from Portugal2030 (EU fund), including a $3M loan (40% forgivable) and $500K–$1M in grants. The capital stack is completed with presales, a ~$1.5M construction loan, and $1.5M in equity.
